Required Skills & Qualities:

  • B.S. in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering
  • 2+ years in relevant field
  • Knowledge of hydraulic modeling and/or water infrastructure capital planning and asset management
  • Experience with Esri ArcGIS Pro
  • Experience in writing and presenting technical documentation
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Build enduring relationships. Responsible for selling company’s products to water and wastewater utilities and engineering firms. Expertly leverage social media to build your professional network and engage prospects.
  • Be an expert. Develop/deliver technical demos and webinars. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars, and professional associations. Attend and present at professional conferences and workshops. Maintain a high knowledge level of the company’s solutions.
  • Use consultative selling skills. Promote our value proposition to customers by providing technical solutions to help them meet or exceed business objectives.
 

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with water and wastewater master planning and asset management, or professional sales experience with water and wastewater modeling software.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing advocacy with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to customers and prospects via phone and web.
  • Strong knowledge of the water infrastructure industry and ArcGIS Pro®.
  • Ability to present and discuss product values, positioning, differentiation, and highlights.
  • Ability to showcase the product through web demos.
  • Self-starter, results-driven, and accountable.
  • Teamwork and cross-collaboration skills. and passionate about advancing the state of the art in the industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities.
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general business applications.
  • Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.

Major Responsibilities:

The Assistant Finance Manager will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with the Finance Manager on accounting and HR functions.
  • Oversee and maintain annual support maintenance invoicing.
  • Follow-up with customers on overdue invoices.
  • Manage and maintain all accounts payable functions.
  • Review and process expense reports.
  • Prepare sales tax reports and payments.
  • Manage bi-monthly payroll.
  • Reconcile banking transactions and balance financial records.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and monthly revenue forecasting.
  • Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax processes.
  • Continually assess and improve financial processes.
  • Handles special projects and other duties as assigned.
 

Required Skills & Qualities:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, at least one year of accounting experience, outstanding communication skills, knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software, proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, quick learner, thrive in a fast paced and diverse environment.
